According to studies, a single test tube containing triterpene diglycosides from Vietnamese sea cucumbers damaged breast, prostate, and skin cancer cells.     Sea cucumber's fatty acids may help wound healing. Research on crude sea cucumber extracts' fatty acid content shows this. The researchers created extracts using ethanol, methanol, distilled water, and phosphate buffer saline. Phosphate buffer saline contained the most eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), a wound-healing polyunsaturated fatty acid.
