Other than the recipes provided, Sea cucumbers also provide health benefits for you. Check this out:

    Lower cancer risk

Chemicals in sea cucumbers may help combat cancer cells. According to studies, a single test tube containing triterpene diglycosides from Vietnamese sea cucumbers damaged breast, prostate, and skin cancer cells. According to another research, sea cucumber-derived triterpene suppresses the growth and spread of human liver cancer cells.

In test tubes, black sea cucumber extract prevented the growth of E. coli. S. aureus. Typhi may cause illness. Sea cucumbers may be helpful against Candida albicans, an opportunistic yeast that may cause infections in immunocompromised people.

    Heart and liver health

Animal research reveals sea cucumbers may benefit the heart and liver. High-blood-pressure animals administered white-bottomed sea cucumber extract had lower blood pressure than other rats.

A single dose of black sea cucumber extract reduced oxidative stress, liver damage, and improved liver and kidney function in rats with the hepatorenal disease.

    Sexual health-promoting

Sea cucumber has a high protein and amino acid content, including arginine, threonine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, and tyrosine. These amino acids are needed for muscle protein synthesis and the production of androgens like testosterone.

Androgen helps build male reproductive organs and controls male fertility. Sea cucumbers H. A. fuscogilva mauritiana are valued as aphrodisiacs.

    Healing wounds

Sea cucumber's fatty acids may help wound healing. Research on crude sea cucumber extracts' fatty acid content shows this. The researchers created extracts using ethanol, methanol, distilled water, and phosphate buffer saline. Phosphate buffer saline contained the most eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), a wound-healing polyunsaturated fatty acid.
